豐剩認為環保、愛護環境、減少食物浪費的工作不一定是沉悶或千篇一律的，所以我們一直都以另類的方法來帶出我們的理念。

The Leftovers has always been different in promoting "green living style", "environmental friendly" and "reduce food waste".  We think that these work do not have to be dull and boring.
