豐剩成立於2012年6月。豐剩，「豐」富的「剩」食。在我們享用豐盛大餐的同時，也製造了豐富的剩食。又成立至今，我們從不同的渠道收集剩食。現在主要透過教育和活動策劃，由淺入深，改變大家對於食物浪費的觀念。同時，我們希望每個人都可以在日常生活當中，成為豐剩的一分子。

 

The Leftovers established at June 2012.  Whenever we enjoyed a big feast, we may also create many leftovers.  From June 2012 till now, we have been collecting leftovers from different sources. Now we focus more on educational and promotional campaigns. We hope to change people's mindset towards food waste and we hope they can integrate this into their daily life.
