衛食兵團 The Leftovers Army
豐剩於去年 11 月到 12 月期間，於亞斯理衛理小學進行名為「衛食兵團」的五星期教育計劃。
我們進行了麵包皮工作坊、分享、問答遊戲、模擬自助餐等等的活動，
透過親身體驗令學生們理解減少食物浪費的理念，並希望他們能把訊息帶給身邊的家人和朋友。
In November and December 2013, The Leftovers has conducted a 5-week educational campaign at Asbury Methodist Primary School.
We organized activities like Bread-crust workshop, Sharing session, Q and A games for them.
We hoped that through out personal experiences, they can learn more about reducing food waste and can help to spread this message to the others.
